Right before Christmas we had a major “flood” and extensive damage . Many companies would be slow during the holiday season . Brad was professional , thorough and responded quickly to the demands of the job. His contractors are excellent and courteous. Everyone knows the inconvenience it causes to live in a house torn up ( toilets , shower , vanity , etc ) but they made the process as smooth as possible. Nobody plans on their home being flooded but If you have it occur feel comfortable calling Brad. He will be straight and honest with you which is hard to find. If you have this misfortune feel great about reaching out to this company !!
Brad responded quickly and did a high quality job--no signs of damage, just restored to blend with the original paint/finish.

I contacted Brad after he was referred by my insurance company. I had some water damage in our master bathroom. Brad responded in a very timely fashion. Walked me through the process and gave me a detailed quote, including photos of the damage. His team did an amazing job on the repairs. These included new sub-flooring being installed and drywall being replaced. The drywall replacement is seamless, the texture and paint match exactly. I saw the sub-flooring before the flooring was installed. It was an exact fit, no gaps along the walls, etc. I received updated photos through the process as well.
